Terms

All kuji product purchased at 65Kuji are strictly non-exchangable, non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of any reasons, including but not limited to:

• Shipping defects (Crushed edge on boxes etc.)
• Manufacturer defects
• Ticket(s) bought but not opened yet
• Bought on the wrong product*
• Change of mind
• Other reasons*

This is due to each kuji set having only specified amount of prizes per category and there will not be any extra prizes for replacement.

Please refrain from purchasing if you do not agree with our Exchange / Return / Refund policy to avoid any potential inconvenience.
