    65Kuji is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

    Order Processing

    • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review this confirmation and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
    • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
    • Order Fulfilment: All orders will be carried out during our TikTok LIVE session.

    Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

    We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Self-collection: Collect from our physical location within 7 business days.
    • Local Shipping: Delivery within 2 - 4 business days.

    Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

    Shipping Rates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

    • Self-collection: Free
    • Local Shipping (<5kg): $6.00

    Please note that any order exceeding 5kg may be subjected to additional charges.

    Delivery Issues

    • Damaged Items: If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damaged item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution. Please note that damages not affecting the functionality of the product will not be considered as damged items (ie. Box defects during shipping).
    • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

    International Shipping

    We do not provide international shipping.
